What is the purpose of the Sleep2BWell study?
Our study aims to discover if making our sleep better, along with eating healthier and being more active, can improve our heart health. We want to see if it can help lower blood pressure, help us lose weight, and better the results of blood tests that check for inflammation in our body.

We want to help people living in certain parts of New York City stay healthy and avoid heart disease and cancer. We're doing this by teaching them about living a healthy life which includes getting enough sleep, eating healthy foods, and staying active. In our program, we talk about three important things to stay healthy: getting good sleep, eating right, and being active. These things can help lower the chance of getting sick with heart problems, diabetes, being overweight, and even cancer. Remember, it's okay to start small!
